This app works better than the remote that came with my roku.

The App is okay. I am glad it is available as an alternative for the Roku remote when it stops working. Also provides an ideal inexpensive purchase. It is a great fine.

The app crashes as soon as I open it.

Ive been using this app for about a year and a half after my Roku remote went missing. I found the remote but I just find it easier to open the app and use it now since I always have my phone by my side but dont always have the remote immediately close by. Ive never had any issues with the app. I have it installed on my iPad too since I dont like running apps on my phone while I am trying to charge it up (slower to charge). Completely satisfied, it does what I need it to do.

Piece of junk. Poor customer service. Reps advise they are only there to take high call volume and are not techies.

Wasted my money, doesnt work!

The buttons for Play/Pause and Fast Forward and Rewind are very small. Making these bigger would turn a good app into a great one.
